Can you tow away my car at the weekend?
As most people work weekdays and are not around due to work commitments we work 7 days a week. (We don’t have a weekend in this industry!)
What happens once my scrap car is towed away?
Your vehicle is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. It goes through the strict processes we follow. We remove everything that can be recycled from the car before it is crushed.
Who tells the DVLA that my car has been scrapped?
Provided that you are able to provide us with the logbook for the scrap car we will notify the DVLA for you.
From what areas can you tow away scrap cars?
We're able to collect scrap cars from anywhere in and around Lambeth. Even if your car is not in the Lambeth area, we may be able to take it. Just give us a ring to find out whether we can help.
Should I remove the fuel from my scrap car?
There's no need. We can remove any fuel left in the fuel tank if need be.
How long before you come to collect my scrap car?
If you are situated in the Lambeth area then when you call us out we can be with you within the hour.
Do you only scrap cars?
No, we can easily take a wide variety of other vehicles for scrap as well.
Can I claim back my unused road tax?
Yes, you will need to get a v14 form from the post office or take a look at the DVLA website.
Are you a professional vehicle disposal company?
Of course. Licensed by the environment agency, we specialise in scrapping cars in the most environmentally sound way possible. We have been trading for many years now and enjoy a great reputation for good service.
Shall I notify the DVLA that I no longer own the car?
No, as long as you have supplied us with the logbook we will notify the DVLA that the car has been scrapped.
